About Naysha

Originally from Meriden, Connecticut,  Naysha moved to Florida at the age of 9. With a strong background in sales and marketing, she made a decision to branch out into the real estate industry in 2007. Over an 8 year timespan, Naysha worked on all sides of real estate – from appraisals and BPOs to credit and foreclosures. In the middle of 2015, Naysha decided that she needed a change as well as a new beginning.  At that time, she packed up her family, left Jacksonville, Florida, and headed to the new place she would finally call home, Atlanta, Georgia.

With 11 years of real estate under her belt in 2018, she decided to take a leap of faith, and became a realtor and a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors.  Already having a fulltime job, Naysha began her real estate career part time, because of her extreme drive and determination. She was able to put her first million dollars under contract in less than 30 days, earning her TCRG Rookie of the Year Award! If that wasn’t enough to brag about, within less than 5 months she was able to fire her boss to become a full time entrepreneur as a realtor.

Naysha’s diligence and ambition resulted in her being named The Cole Realty Group’s Top Producer quarter after quarter.  She’s gone from being a rookie to trainer, and currently the sales manager for TCRG Orlando.
